Daniel Tramper, an EBCI tribal member and owner/operator of Deerclan Productions, says that he and eight members of his workforce are headed to the Super Bowl to begin preparations for the event. Tramper has a working relationship with Redbird Industries, who subcontracted Deerclan Productions for the job.

The nine-member Deerclan work group will be working in several locations in Arizona in preparation for the big game, including spots in Scottsdale, Glendale and Mesa. Tramper and his team will be assisting with whatever needs to be done to facilitate the big game such as: Construction of stages, video and audio equipment platforms assembly, creating VIP areas and loading of any materials that are needed by the Super Bowl organizers and participants.

Tramper expects that he will have to have his men work in shifts ranging from eight to 16 hours each to accommodate the hectic preparation schedule. He thinks they will basically be working around the clock from the time that they arrive in Arizona until game day.

The crew departed Cherokee for Arizona on Saturday, Jan. 24 and, according to Tramper will return by Feb. 5, unless he gets the call to assist with dismantling all of the previously-assembled Super Bowl hardware.

Tramper states, “There will be a lot of clean up and construction tear down in conjunction with the end of the Super Bowl.”

If the crew gets the tear down assignment, it would add 10 days to their stay.
