Event: Prevention is Caring HIV Testing Day

When: June 27 from 10am – 2pm

What: EBCI Public Health and Human Services is sponsoring this event which will feature various health programs along with free HIV and Hep C tests.

Event:  NAYO Softball & Baseball Tournament

When: July 17-19

Where: John A. Crowe Complex and Birdtown Rec. Center

What:  Entry fee is $150.  Five age divisions: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15, 16-17.  Coaches meeting for 7-8 division will be July 17 at 8am at the John A. Crowe Complex.  Coaches meeting for all other divisions will be July 17 at 7pm at the Birdtown Rec. Center.

Event: Cherokee’s Dog Days Trout Tournament

What: $11 entry fee, $10,000 in prize money

Event:  Rumble on the Rez Twilight 5K and 12K Races

When: July 18 at 7:30pm

Where: Cherokee High School

What: Registration on-site (4-6:30pm) is $35.  Early online registration (by July 10) is $25.  Groups of eight or more are $18/person.  The 5K and 12K races start at 7:30pm, and the Fun Run and Walk starts at 8pm.  T-shirts are guaranteed to the first 100 runners to register.
