Kendall Toineeta, junior, has been named Citizen-Times WNC Player of the Week for the second time this season. She opened the week with 26pts at home against Hayesville on Tuesday, Feb. 4. Then, she scored 19 at Andrews on Thursday and finished with 38 at Murphy on Friday.
