Alice in Chains to play Harrah’s Cherokee

The Seattle Grunge scene returns to Cherokee on May 2, as Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort welcomes Alice in Chains.

Alice In Chains, was one of the pre-eminent rock bands that emerged from Seattle in the late 80’s that included bands like Nirvana, Pearl Jam and Sound Garden. Over the years Alice in Chains has remained faithful to rock and rollers the world-wide throughout success and tragedy. They’ve released two number-one albums and an impressive total of 21 top-40 singles.

Alice In Chains had their early years marked by Grammy-nominated hits like “Man in the Box,” the MTV Music Award-winning “Would?” and other favorites like “Rooster.” Alice In Chains has returned to prominence in the last few years with “Check My Brain” and “A Looking In View.” In 2013, Alice In Chains celebrated the release of their fifth studio album, “The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here.”
