Michael Delaine Hazelwood, 39, of Cherokee passed away on Dec. 10, 2013. Michael is the son of Phillip Hazelwood and Melody Clark and is also survived by his children, Dillion Watwood and Alesha Webb; grandchildren, Aubrey, Jeremiah and Tyson; and two brothers, Eric and Matthew.
Michael is preceded in death by his grandfather, Bill Hazelwood.
A visitation and funeral service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 19 starting at 10 am with service starting at 12pm at Long House Funeral Home.
Pall bearers will be Caleb Hazelwood, Blake Hazelwood and Jeffery Wills. Dee Hazelwood will officiate.
