A BOLO (be on the lookout) has been issued for two toddlers siblings from Cherokee.  According to Cherokee Indian Police, Kyle Jacob Smith, 20, is believed to have taken the children – 15-month-old Liam Smith and 4-month-old Kiera Smith.  Authorities believe that Kyle Smith is driving a 2010 gold Dodge Journey with temporary North Carolina plates.

Kyle Smith is described as 5’ 7”, 150lbs, American Indian male.  The children are also American Indian and were last seen wearing pajamas.

Authorities believe the children are in “grave or immediate danger”.
