Non-partisan voter registration at Cherokee Fairgrounds

Community volunteers are doing non-partisan voter registration for county, state and national elections on Saturday, March 30 from 9am – 2:30pm at the Rainbows and Ramps Festival.

All EBCI tribal members and North Carolina residents are urged to register to vote if they are not already.  New voters or those changing their address, name or party affiliation need to provide a NC driver’s license number or the last four digits of your Social Security number to register for the county, state and national elections.

Voter registration can also be done at the Board of Elections in the county in which you reside during office hours Monday through Friday.  If you want to confirm that you are registered, call the Board of Elections in the county in which you reside:  Cherokee County – 828-837-6670; Graham County – 828-479-7969; Jackson County –828- 586-7538 or Swain County – 828-488-6177.
