PROVIDED By CHEROKEE TRIBAL COURT

The One Feather office apologizes for an error in the Cherokee Tribal Court Report, published in the Sept. 9 issue, that indicated that Phillip S. Armachain Sr. was sentenced in Cherokee Tribal Court on various drug charges.  He was not charged with any crime and due to a typographical error, he was erroneously listed.  Again, the One Feather apologizes for this error.
