Snowbird Fire destroys Family Home

A fire broke out about 2:30am on the morning of Thursday, Feb. 4 in the family home of Sherry Wolfe Wachacha, of the Snowbird Community. Her son, Reno, woke her to the smell of smoke and everyone got out safely through a window before the house was engulfed in flames. The fire also burned two vehicles parked near the house.

The family is currently being housed at a local Microtel. 

Listed below are clothes sizes the family is in need of and a contact name and number to call for more information on how the community or others may help.

 Sherry (Mother) – Size 14 – 16 Pants,  Size XL shirts

 Polly (Girl) – Size 11 – 12 Junior Pants, Size Large Shirt, Size 6 Shoes

 Reno (Boy) – Size 12 – 14 Pants, Size Large Shirt, Size 7 ½ Shoes

 Baby – Size 3 T,  Size 6 Diapers, Size 6 Shoes
