Congressional Hearings (Indian issues) this week

Wednesday, Dec. 2 at 10am

The House Natural Resources Committee, led by Chairman Nick J. Rahall (D-WV), will hold a legislative hearing on H.R. 725 “Indian Arts and Crafts Amendments Act of 2009” in Room 1324 of the Longworth House Office Building in Washington, DC.

The Senate Committee on Indian Affairs will hold an oversight hearing on “Expanding Dental Health Care in Indian Country” and one on “Promises Made, Promises Broken:  The Impact of Chronic Underfunding of Contract Health Services” at 838 Hart Office Building in Washington, DC.
