The New Kituwah Academy would like to thank the following programs for participating in their Annual Halloween Carnival: Tribal EMS, Cherokee Life Recreation, P.H.H.S., Cherokee Water Department, Hope Center, TOP, NFP, OENR, WIC, Executive Office, Cherokee Youth Center, IT, and CHN.
