Scott McKie Brings Plenty, staff reporter for the Cherokee One Feather, entered the photo competition at the North Carolina Mountain State Fair. Scott won four awards, including People and Portraits – Judge’s Choice for photo of Teen Miss Cherokee 2012 Bradley Welch, People and Portraits – 2nd Place for photo of dancers at Kituwah Celebration, Sports – 2nd place for photo of JV football and Sports – 3rd place for photo of Lady Braves soccer. His photographic entries will be on display at the Mountain State Fair though Sunday, Sept. 14. The One Feather would like to congratulate Scott for his artistic achievement!
