NCSBA holds Regional Meeting at Cherokee

Cherokee Central Schools hosted the North Carolina School Board Association (NCSBA) Region 8 District Meeting on Thursday, Sept. 25.  There were school board members from the surrounding 15 counties in attendance. This was the first time that CCS has hosted a NCSBA event. Cherokee Central School Board members are shown receiving the Exemplary School Board Service Award for the second year in a row.  They were one of 4 schools in the region to receive this award.
