WRESTLING: Tribal members named to All-Conference team

Several EBCI tribal members have been named to the Big Smoky Mountain All-Conference wrestling team including:  Levi Swearengin (Cherokee), Jaron Bradley (Cherokee), Nathan Craig (Robbinsville), Russell Bigmeat (Swain) and Spencer McCoy (Swain).

Swearengin placed fourth in the 1A state meet in the 126lb division.  Both he and teammate Jaron Bradley (152lb) won conference championships.

McCoy repeated as 1A state champion at 195lb this season.  Craig placed third in the state meet at 170lb., and Bigmeat placed fourth in the state at 138lb.  All three also won conference championships in their respective weight divisions.
