WCU to hold GMAT practice test

Western Carolina University will hold a GMAT practice test and an information session about Cherokee’s part-time MBA cohort at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort on the following dates:

  • Monday, March 24 – Information Session from 11am-12pm, GMAT Practice Test from 1-4pm
  • Monday, April 21 – GMAT Practice Test from 1pm-4pm, Information Session from 4pm-5pm

Western’s MBA curriculum was designed in collaboration with employers in western North Carolina, WCU College of Business faculty, and recent MBA graduates.  Courses are led by academically qualified Ph.D. faculty, and the program boasts participative engagement with regional businesses.  The program consists of 36 hours of curriculum which can be completed in six semesters part time at Harrah’s Cherokee.  The WCU MBA program is fully accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, the internationally recognized accrediting agency for business schools.  Application requirements include:  online application, resume, goal statement, three letters of recommendation, official undergraduate transcripts, official GRE or GMAT scores (a 450 is recommended on the GMAT and a 300 is recommended on the GRE.  If you already have a master’s or terminal degree, the test score may be waived).  Visit mba.wcu.edu for more information.
