Tribe forms partnership with UTC

The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians formally began a partnership with the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga last week. Several faculty visited Cherokee to discuss this project with tribal programs and the Steve Youngdeer American Legion Post 143.
