Chief Hicks signs Breastfeeding Proclamation

Principal Chief Michell Hicks (seated) signed a proclamation on Friday, Aug. 2 designating August as Breastfeeding Awareness Month in Cherokee.  This is in conjunction with World Breastfeeding Month designations in over 174 countries.
