Suzanne Abraham Shields, 77 of San Antonio, Texas passed away Monday, March 25, 2013 after a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sally Thelma Greybeard Abraham and her father, Thomas Howard Abraham; maternal grandparents Zeke Greybeard and Hassletine Maney; Aunt Elizabeth Crowe and Uncles Jule Wilnoty and Jim Maney.
Suzanne is survived by her daughter, Emily Susan Shields, of Greensboro; two sons Theodore Alan Shields and wife Kathy of Baltimore, MD and John Howard Shields and wife Marsha of San Antonio, TX; four grandchildren John Elliott, Benjamin Bradley, Anna Charlene and John Joseph.
Memorial services will be held at the Longhouse Funeral Home in Cherokee on Saturday, April 6 at 11am. Rev. Jim Sexton will officiate.
