Cherokee Indian Hospital to start “CHIPS Rewards” program

     Cherokee Indian Hospital has announced a new program for patients to support wellness goals and reward healthy behaviors.  It is called the “CHIPS Rewards” which will give patients opportunities to earn reward points for activities, such as having annual physicals, completing health risk assessments, monitoring glucose, exercising, identifying weight loss and tobacco cessations goals and completing wellness health coaching programs.
