Tribal Members sentenced in federal court

                 Five EBCI tribal members were sentenced by U.S. District Judge Martin Reidinger on Wednesday, Aug. 17 on various convictions. 

– Stephen Russell Dean McCoy, 24, was sentenced to 60 months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised released.  He pled guilty to two counts of robbery on Jan. 19. 

– John Ray West, III, 44, was sentenced to 41 months in prison to be followed by two years of supervised released.  He pled guilty to one count of robbery on Jan. 19. 

– Citrus U-Gna-St Bigwitch, 25, was sentenced to six months in prison.  She pled guilty to contempt of court on Aug. 4. 

– Brandon Keith Martin, 28, was sentenced to 70 months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release.  He pled guilty to one count of possession of a firearm by a felon on April 20. 

– Kenneth Randall Owle, 48, was sentenced to time served (having served approximately 21 months in federal custody) to be followed by three years of supervised release.  He pled guilty to one count of possession of a firearm by a felon on Nov. 22, 2010.
