Three Tribal Members sentenced to Prison on Separate Charges

                Three EBCI tribal members were sentenced to prison in U.S. District Court on Thursday, March 31 by U.S. District Judge Martin Reidinger. 

                Richard Delano Huskey, 52, was sentenced to 63 months in prison to be followed by four years of supervised release.  He had been charged with possession with intent to distribute at least 100 kilograms of marijuana and pled guilty on Sept. 27, 2010.

                Richard Noah Sequoyah, 31, was sentenced to 168 months in prison to be followed by five years of supervised release.  He was sentenced in connection with his guilty plea on July 28, 2010 to aggravated sexual abuse of a child.

                Fred Howard Biddix, 40, was sentenced to 360 months in prison followed by a lifetime of supervised release.  He was sentenced in connection with his guilty plea on July 28, 2010 to coercing a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of the conduct.
