Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe hurting after ice storm

The Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe is hurting after an ice storm has rendered all of the reservation, located in northern South Dakota, without power.  Food and water supplies are running low as well according to tribal officials who also related they have exhausted their emergency funds.
